Accounts Receivables Clerk

This Accounts Receivables Clerk position supports the Credit Manager and Receivable Processing Division. Responsibilities include processing payments and bank references, maintaining accounts receivable records, and assisting with credit applications. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proficient in Microsoft Office, and capable of handling confidential financial information. Applicants should have the ability to work independently and efficiently.

Requirements

• One (1) year of experience in an office, clerical, or customer service role, with exposure to accounting or accounts receivable processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) with the ability to create, update, and maintain spreadsheets and reports.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Bilingual (English–Spanish) with effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; able to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
