Mechanical Assembler

We are seeking a Mechanical Assembler to join our team in Leesport, PA. As a Mechanical Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling Seakeeper products with precision and quality, following standard operating procedures and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. This is a manual labor position, working along a production assembly line. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and the ability to hustle in a fast-paced environment. You will be based in our Leesport, PA facility full-time and will report to the Production Supervisor.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing assembly with a strong mechanical and/or electrical background
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and products weighing up to 25 pounds regularly, 50 pounds occasionally
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods (8–12-hour shifts) on concrete or other hard surfaces
• Ability to perform frequent repetitive motions such as bending, twisting, reaching, and gripping
• Ability to use hands and fingers to handle small parts, operate tools or controls, and assemble products with precision
• Ability to visually inspect products for defects, labels, or measurements
• Ability to distinguish sounds such as machinery alarms, beeps, or spoken instructions in a noisy environment
• Ability to wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE), including gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, and steel-toe footwear
