Production Associate

We are looking for a Production Associate to join our team on first shift! Production Associate - Fabricates orders according to job specifications with an eye towards process improvement, quality and meeting or exceeding job productivity and efficiency standards.

Requirements

• Operates machinery safely according to company policies
• Performs first-piece inspection and in-process inspection
• Cross trains and assists in other departments as required to meet production needs/deadlines
• Ability to use measurement tools accurately
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting goals
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read, write and speak in English
• Mechanical/manufacturing background is a plus
