Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician role involves completing mechanical repairs, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting equipment in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience and experience with extrusion lines, slitters, presses, laminators, and material handling systems.

Requirements

• Mechanical Experience Preferred
• 3 - 5 years industrial maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment
• Experience with extrusion lines, slitters, presses, laminators and material handling systems
• Ability to make precision measurements using micrometers, calipers, pi-tapes etc.
• Basic understanding of machining processes such as lathe, milling, surface grinding, gear and keyway cutting, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing
• Use of basic hand tools and power tools
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems
• Computer knowledge and 1-2 years of Windows applications and SAP transactions experience
