Legal Intern

Become a part of our growing team and gain a comprehensive understanding of the legal department. Assist with contract review and drafting, organize and track agreements, and conduct legal research.

Requirements

• Current 1L or 2L law student
• Interest in corporate law or obtaining in-house legal experience
• Strong academics, with a preferred class rank in the top 40%
• Must be involved in at least 1 extra-curricular activity or volunteer activity
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
