Job Description
SEAMONWHITEISIDE is seeking a motivated Land Planner II to join their growing Landscape Architecture team. The role focuses on design excellence, collaboration, and proactive project management, involving firm setup, schematic design, documentation, and collaboration with external consultants. The company blends engineering and landscape architecture, emphasizing seamless integration and a community-focused approach.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in landscape architecture
- 1-3 years’ experience in a professional design office
- Understanding of project scope and assigned tasks
- Understanding of project scheduling, budgets, and deliverables
- Working knowledge of DRB, SCDOT, TRC, OCRM submittals
- Working knowledge of drafting using AutoCAD
- Excellent communication skills
