Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Associate to join our growing New York team. As a Real Estate Associate, you will draft and negotiate real estate transaction documents, manage commercial financing and joint venture agreements, and support clients in sophisticated real estate matters.
Requirements
- 4+ years of commercial real estate legal experience
- JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school
- Admitted or eligible for admission to the New York Bar
- Experience in financing or joint ventures is highly preferred
- Strong drafting skills and business judgment
- Familiarity with data center or digital infrastructure transactions is a plus
