Job Description
Our client is a well-established international commercial Real Estate and Building Service Provider seeking a talented HVAC technician to add to their team.
Requirements
- High School diploma or a GED equivalent qualification from a certified college.
- HVAC Certificate of Qualification is required.
- 313A license or provincial equivalent.
- Gas fitter I or II is required or Provincial equivalent.
- Canadian ODP Certification.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of technical experience in all aspects of building engineering with a strong background in technical aspects of packaged and built-up HVAC systems, plumbing electrical equipment repair and maintenance and overall building system design and application.
- Must meet security clearance requirements.
