Our Client’s Burnaby office is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to lead and manage exciting building projects, including hospitals, transit stations, parks, government buildings, and post-secondary institutions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of mechanical project engineering experience
- P.Eng. (or ability to qualify within 1 year), or equivalent C.E.T.
- Proficiency with Revit MEP, AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks Manage, Dynamo
- Knowledge of BC Building Code, Plumbing Code, Energy Step Code
- High-rise tower construction experience is an asset
- Strong understanding of ASHRAE, CSA, NFPA standards
- Leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Experience coordinating with consultants and contractors
- LEED certification or experience with sustainable design is an asset
