The Oracle Fusion Technical Manager is responsible for supporting and maintaining the cloud infrastructure of an Oracle Fusion ERP environment. This role involves transforming business requirements into technical designs, managing user security, and ensuring the overall security posture. The Manager will also administer integrations, provide technical support for updates and patches, and provide system configurations. They are accountable for team performance and development and provide Tier 3 support.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in technical development, administration, configuration, or technical support roles.
- Proficiency with Oracle Cloud Applications, Oracle Infrastructure, Oracle Integration Cloud, and Oracle Cloud Identity and Access Management (highly desirable).
- At least 1 Oracle Cloud Implementation (cycle) experience; certifications are a plus.
- Knowledge of ATP DB, Visual Builder Cloud and APEX development are good to know.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving Oracle Cloud technical issues.
- Experience in supporting integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud’s capabilities.
