Senior Corporate Counsel

Senior Corporate Counsel will provide strategic support for general corporate matters, including corporate governance, securities law compliance, and strategic transactions.

Requirements

• J.D. degree with an active law license
• 6+ years of combined legal experience
• Experience working in an in-house legal department at a technology company
• Experience with equity compensation plans and executive compensation matters
• Superior judgment and integrity
• Intellectual curiosity and innovative thinking
• Ability to provide practical and solution-oriented advice
• Detail oriented with ability to produce work product that demonstrates subject matter expertise
