Job Description
SeatGeek is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join its Data Products team, focusing on building and delivering enterprise-level data solutions for major sporting and entertainment organizations. The role involves mentoring engineers, leading by example, and collaborating with product teams to meet data quality standards. SeatGeek prioritizes a strong fan-first attitude and is looking for someone who can work effectively in an Agile environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Analytics, Data Engineering, or data-focused products
- Expert-level knowledge of SQL and strong proficiency in Python
- Experience delivering data-driven products with enterprise-level operational excellence
- Experience interfacing with streaming data and data warehousing environments
- Strong experience with DBT and Kafka
