Affiliate Manager

The Affiliate Manager will be responsible for coordinating, supporting, and assisting the Director, Player Development in all facets of player education, preparation, and planning at assigned affiliate. The role will involve implementing the Focus Points and Peak Performance manuals, creating day-to-day schedules, lineups, and executing in-game management at affiliate.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• A minimum of five (5) years experience, three (3) years in a management role or high-level technical capacity required
• Playing and/or coaching experience preferred
• Basic Spanish proficiency preferred
