- Handling accounts payable for separate entities and vendors
- Analyzing and ensuring compliance of workflow processes
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors
- Ensuring integrity of GL coding of payables and cost allocations
- Processing due invoices for payments
- Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges to vendor bills
- Fixed asset administration
- Maintaining a vendor trades database
