Job Description
Secfix is hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to expand their SMB segment in the DACH region. The role involves building predictable SMB pipeline, executing high-volume outbound execution, and working closely with the GTM Lead and Account Executives to ensure a steady flow of well-qualified meetings.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment (startup, consulting, sales, business development, etc.)
- Completed commercial training (kaufmännische Ausbildung) or a Bachelor’s degree
- C2 level German language skills and strong English skills
- Excellent cold calling and proactive outbound outreach skills
