The Area Sales Manager will develop the business prospecting new clients and managing current accounts for existing and new products covering railway as well as renewable energy and industrial applications.
Requirements
- Technical degree in Electrical / Electromechanical / Power Electronics Engineering or alternatively Mechanical Engineering
- Proven successful track record introducing power products to new international clients
- Minimum 5 years of successful technical and sales experience in an electrical equipment environment
- Good knowledge of at least one of the following industry sectors: high voltage, railway traction systems, power transmission & distribution, renewable energy and e-mobility
- Excellent analytical, project management and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop convincing communication strategies based on technical rationale
- Proven ability to think creatively, identify and resolve problems
- Experienced to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent English (written and oral), French and/or German desirable
- Open to frequent travelling
