Job Description
We are looking for a full-time, permanent Multidisciplinary Compliance Expert to join our team as soon as possible. Ideally, you are based in Hamburg, but remote work is also possible. You will support our customers as an expert in at least two of the following compliance domains: Data Protection / Privacy, Information Security, Quality Management Systems, and Emerging digital regulations.
Requirements
- Degree in law, IT, business, engineering or equivalent professional experience
- Several years of experience in at least two of the following: GDPR / privacy consulting, Information security (ISO 27001 / TISAX / SOC2), Quality management (ISO 9001), Emerging compliance regulations (NIS2, DORA, AI Act)
- Experience implementing or developing management systems (ISMS, DSMS, QMS)
- Strong client-facing experience in consulting, SaaS or audit roles
- Certifications (ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer, ISO 9001 auditor, DPO etc.) are a plus
- Excellent German (C1+) and good English
- High IT affinity and ideally experience with Confluence/Jira
- Structured, independent working style with entrepreneurial thinking
- Strong communication skills and team spirit
