Second Melody is a branding studio seeking a Senior Account Manager to serve as a primary contact between clients and internal teams. The role focuses on managing communications, budget, and relationship building for projects and clients, driving organic growth and aligning brand strategy with client needs. This client-facing position requires a thoughtful, curious, and organized individual.
Requirements
- Manage the development of scopes of work and annual budgets for assigned account(s) in partnership with internal team.
- Oversee estimates, billing, job closeouts, and financial tracking to support account profitability.
- Identify organic growth opportunities by understanding client goals and making suggestions to supervisor and ultimately client.
- Lead client meetings, tactical project discussions with strategic references, and status calls, ensuring clear documentation of decisions and action items.
- Develop Project Briefs that align with client objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Review and approve creative deliverables before client presentation, ensuring strategic alignment, accuracy, and consistency with the Brief.
- Lead tactical project execution, addressing client feedback and challenges with timely solutions.
- Mentor junior Account team members and direct them in finding creative solutions to day-to-day challenges.
