Job Description
Join our team as an Associate Member Services Representative and provide exemplary member service by responding to member inquiries by telephone and in person. Perform routine branch duties and follow standard branch procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Bachelor's degree or CCUE Certification or Associate of Arts degree or Associate of Science degree via the North Carolina Community College Transfer Program (NC-CTP) preferred
- Ability to comprehend and carry out job demands
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in an office setting with physical proximity to other employees and members
