Requirements
- 3 to 5 years in B2B SaaS marketing
- 2+ years delivering on customer marketing, lifecycle, or advocacy
- Exceptional writing and communication skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with CS, Sales, Product Marketing, and Demand Gen
- Portfolio of successful campaigns, customer stories, or review programs
- Bias for building: pilot fast, measure often, and improve as you go
