Field Supervisor

Field Supervisor is responsible for supervising guarding operations at multiple sites, performing inspections, and ensuring post orders are followed. Coaches and trains personnel, responds to incidents, and performs administrative procedures.

Requirements

• Supervises Security Guards and/or other personnel
• Ensures personnel deliver high quality service
• Meets with District management and/or client representatives for status updates
• Participates in and coordinates with District management the orientation, training, and development of staff
• Assigns and directs work
• Maintains a positive, professional environment
• Communicates and coordinates with Branch management regarding scheduling and staffing
• Inspects client sites to ensure adequate coverage and compliance with post orders
• Reviews client and company required reports for accuracy and timeliness
