Job Description
We are looking for fire prevention inspectors to join our client in Windsor, ON. This is an excellent way to gain experience for a career as a firefighter. Many fire departments have hired our fire prevention inspectors across Ontario.
Requirements
- Minimum Grade 12 or GED equivalent
- Valid Ontario Security Guard License
- Valid G class Driver’s License
- NFPA 1001 Fire Fighter Level I & II from a recognized College or Academy
- IMS 100 within 3 months of hire
- Emergency Medical Responder from Canadian Red Cross
- Completion of the annual FPI Medical Questionnaire
- Must Successfully pass SCBA Fit Testing
- Mental Health First Aid Certificate issued by recognized provider within first 3 months of hire
