Securitas is seeking a security trainer for a data center located in Quebec City. As an integral part of the operations, you will be responsible for integrating new employees, providing on-the-job training, coaching, and evaluating security agents to ensure their full autonomy and rigorous adherence to procedures in a highly secure and critical environment.

Requirements

• Valid security agent permit (BSP)
• Valid first aid certificate (RCR)
• 5 years of residence in Canada
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in security
• Post-secondary diploma in a relevant field or at least 4 years of experience in the security sector or management (or an equivalent combination)
• Mastering Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.)
• Experience in a data center is an asset
• Basic knowledge of security technologies (surveillance cameras, access control, incident management software)
