Shift Supervisor (Overnights or Evenings Full Time)

The Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all on-duty security personnel and ensuring that site operations run smoothly and professionally during their assigned shift.

Requirements

• Valid Security Guard License and clean Driver’s Abstract
• Minimum 2 years of security experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
• Logistics Experience would be an asset
• Strong communication, coordination, and decision-making skills
• Ability to lead by example and handle incidents calmly and professionally
• Comfortable operating a vehicle and conducting exterior patrols in all weather conditions
• Knowledge of report writing, radio communication, and site-specific procedures
