Field Training and Development Manager

Manage a shift and/or segment of guarding operations at multiple sites, perform inspections, coach and train personnel, and carry out administrative procedures. Required to ensure post orders are followed, reports are filed, and client security requirements are met.

Requirements

• Functions as a supervisor of Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other company personnel
• Coaches and disciplines personnel as appropriate
• Trains Security Officers and other company personnel
• Assists in the submission of payroll and personnel information
• Prepares, files, and submits various reports as required
• Inspects posts as scheduled and meets with subordinates
• Meets with client representatives as scheduled or as needed
• Performs the duties of a Security Officer in accord with post orders and company policy
