Requirements

• Associate’s Degree and 1 year of experience in security operations, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the role.
• Relevant professional experience may be substituted for education on a 1:1 basis (one year of experience for one year of education).
• Strong understanding of security operations, protocols, and best practices
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills
• Strategic thinking, planning, and organizational abilities
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Exceptional customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction
• Strong interpersonal skills and cultural awareness for effective team and client interaction
