Job Description
Security Shift Supervisor is responsible for managing construction site security, including guards, patrols, tour conduct, and enforcing security policies. The role requires strong customer service, coaching skills, and ability to provide guidance and discipline personnel. Supervision of security officers is also a key aspect of the position.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of related experience (Retail preferred)
- Knowledge of security operations (patrol, inspection, response)
- Understanding of security devices and controls
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work with variable schedules
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational skills
