Job Description
Securitas is seeking a Security Shift Supervisor to ensure the safety and security of client sites and personnel. This role involves overseeing security teams, enforcing post orders, training employees, assisting with payroll and personnel tasks, and providing excellent customer service. The position requires a strong understanding of security operations and effective leadership.
Requirements
- 6 months or more of security or customer service experience
- High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of experience
- Knowledge of security operations (patrol, inspection, response)
- Knowledge of supervisory practices and procedures
- Ability to track and maintain schedules
- Good organizational skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
