Job Description
The Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other company personnel at client sites. The role involves ensuring post orders are followed, completing established rounds, and filing reports. The Site Supervisor also coaches and disciplines personnel, trains new employees, and assists with payroll and personnel information.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- 2 years of related experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail preferred
