Site Supervisor

The Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other company personnel at client sites, ensuring post orders are followed, and required reports are filed. The role involves coaching and disciplining personnel, training new employees, and assisting with payroll and personnel information submission. The Site Supervisor must also prepare and submit various reports, inspect posts, and meet with client representatives to provide quality customer service.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• 2 years of related experience
• State and federal licenses for Security Officers (if applicable)
• Ability to provide positive direction and motivate performance
• Knowledge of security operations, supervisory practices, and procedures
• Ability to track and maintain schedule assignments
• Ability to be an effective team member and maintain professional composure
• Strong customer service and results orientation
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to write routine correspondence and maintain good organizational skills
