Embedded Security Systems Technician

We are seeking a skilled Embedded Security Systems Technician to support our client's Corporate buildings in Europe, focusing on the maintenance, support, and installation of physical security systems.

Requirements

• Responding to service requests, provide customer with technical support for installed systems
• Working closely with the Service Coordinator, perform daily activities assigned to the role
• Engage with partner teams to coordinate and support all physical security systems activities
• Maintain system health by performing regular checks and updating documentation as necessary
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring compliance with service level agreements
• Conduct routine maintenance on various security systems, including access control systems, video management systems, and perimeter intrusion detection systems
• Maintain and manage local inventory of critical spares in coordination with global teams
• Respond promptly to system failures and perform diagnostics and repairs to restore functionality
• Document all actions taken during reactive maintenance and provide reports as required
• Ensure compliance with all environmental, health, and safety regulations at the local site
