We are seeking a skilled Embedded Security Systems Technician to support our client's Corporate buildings in Europe, focusing on the maintenance, support, and installation of physical security systems.
Requirements
- Responding to service requests, provide customer with technical support for installed systems
- Working closely with the Service Coordinator, perform daily activities assigned to the role
- Engage with partner teams to coordinate and support all physical security systems activities
- Maintain system health by performing regular checks and updating documentation as necessary
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring compliance with service level agreements
- Conduct routine maintenance on various security systems, including access control systems, video management systems, and perimeter intrusion detection systems
- Maintain and manage local inventory of critical spares in coordination with global teams
- Respond promptly to system failures and perform diagnostics and repairs to restore functionality
- Document all actions taken during reactive maintenance and provide reports as required
- Ensure compliance with all environmental, health, and safety regulations at the local site
