Job Description
The Marketing Operations Specialist plays a central role in the execution, maintenance, and support of our global marketing automation ecosystem, focusing on hands-on marketing operations, including building programs and assets in Adobe Marketo Engage, supporting technical integrations, managing the ticketing system, and ensuring reliable day-to-day functioning of digital marketing tools across markets.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, technical marketing support, or marketing automation execution
- Experience with Adobe Marketo Engage (advantageous) and ideally chatbot or digital web tools
- University Degree in Marketing Technology, Digital Marketing, Business, or similar
- Fluency in English
- Strong understanding of data flows, tracking, and CRM integrations
