Job Description
We are looking for a functional and technical Infor WFM specialist who can identify and deliver the optimal solutions for our internal customers—both in ongoing project rollouts and in Business-as-Usual (BAU) countries.
Requirements
- 5+ years hands-on experience with Infor WFM (configuration + architecture)
- Strong functional knowledge of scheduling, time & attendance, labor rules, compliance, and 24/7 operations
- Technical proficiency in: Infor ION, API/REST integrations, Mongoose, SQL, ETL, data modelling, SSO technologies (Azure AD, OAuth, SAML), WFM mobility and kiosk solutions
- Experience working with implementation partners and AMS providers, ideally in a global or multi-country setup
- Proven ability to challenge vendors while maintaining constructive collaboration
