Test Manager Lead

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Test Manager to lead testing efforts across both strategic IT transformation projects and our business-as-usual (BAU) operations.

Requirements

• Experience in test management or quality assurance (10+ years in similar roles)
• Good communication skills and be fluent in written and spoken English
• An academic degree in Computer Science or technology or equivalent work
• Experience of formal test processes and related test strategy issues
• Experience of system development, preferably where agile methods have been applied
• ISTQB certifications in test management
• Strong understanding of large IT Project Management, Integration and/or Business Application
• Experience and knowledge of several market leading test tools
• Experience and knowledge of working with Azure DevOps
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work and communicate with test managers and project managers in the organization
• Ability to work with business people form different Countries, cultures
