Security Properties Residential has an opening for a Maintenance Technician II. The role is responsible for ensuring property maintenance problems and repairs are diagnosed and resolved for residents. The ideal candidate has at least two years of maintenance experience, excellent communication skills, and strong leadership abilities.

• At least two years of maintenance experience, apartment maintenance a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Polite and professional approach, and WOW customer service skills
• Strong leadership abilities and organizational skills
