Maintenance Technician II

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician II to ensure property maintenance problems and repairs are diagnosed and resolved for our residents. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of maintenance experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong leadership abilities and organizational skills.

Requirements

• At least two years of maintenance experience, apartment maintenance a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Polite and professional approach, and WOW customer service skills
• Strong leadership abilities and organizational skills
