MT1/Groundskeeper

We are looking for a MT1/Groundskeeper to maintain the common areas of the apartment community and ensure they are clean and orderly. The role requires an optimistic outlook towards residents and excellent customer service skills.

Requirements

• At least two months of experience as a MT1/Groundskeeper or a similar position.
• High school diploma or equivalent desired, but not required.
• Polite and professional approach, and WOW customer service skills.
