Job Description
SecurityScorecard is seeking a Director, Customer Success to lead a team of Customer Success Managers and drive customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing quota and a strong understanding of cybersecurity and risk management practices.
Requirements
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers
- Customer Advocacy: Serve as the voice of our customers within the company
- Retention & Growth: Analyze customer health metrics and strategize to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Process Improvement: Continuously refine and enhance customer success processes and methodologies
- Strategic Insights: Provide customer feedback and insights to Sales, Product Management, and other departments
