Job Description
As a Customer Success Engineer, you will be the technical backbone of the customer journey, working closely with our clients to ensure the successful deployment, adoption, and optimization of our cybersecurity platform ThreatQ. You will own the post-sales technical relationship, guiding customers through onboarding, integrations with internal tools and threat feeds, and building threat intelligence workflows.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role in cybersecurity
- Hands-on experience with threat intelligence platforms or data
- Experience with common cybersecurity tools and threat intelligence feeds
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) is a plus
- Understanding of networking, Linux, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus
- Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
