Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our India-based engineering team in developing, integrating, and supporting our core Java platform and related components.

Requirements

• Leading and managing application development and support team, ensuring efficient execution of tasks and meeting project deadlines.
• Overseeing the design, development, and integration of our Threat Intelligence Platform (ThreatQ).
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Design, and Quality Assurance, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Ensuring adherence to best practices for software development, including code reviews, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.
• Managing software support requests, ensuring timely resolution of issues and effective communication with stakeholders.
• Developing and maintaining technical documentation to assist in knowledge transfer and effective software maintenance.
• Mentoring and nurturing the professional development of team members, setting performance objectives, and conducting regular performance evaluations.
• Continuously improving the team's efficiency and effectiveness by introducing new tools, technologies, and processes.
