Service Delivery Manager (SIEM) is responsible for leading the Service delivery for clients and in conjunction with the Customer Success and Product team to provide standards based and streamlined solution delivery of Securonix applications and products to our Clients, partners and managed service providers.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience
- 5+ years of work experience with SIEM technologies
- 5+ years of managing projects in a cross-functional organization
- Knowledge of Information Security and MySQL
- Good knowledge of IT security / Firewalls / Security audit logs / Malware / Unix and Windows System security events
- Good knowledge in system security architecture and security solutions
- Experience in managing customer and technical escalations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Project management certifications like PMP, Project+, CSM, etc.
- Master’s degree in business administration or related field
- Previous stakeholder & people management skills
- Strong working knowledge of Project Management software
- Proven ability to translate complex information sets into specific recommendations that can be actioned by customers to enhance their security posture
- Strong understanding of threat analysis and enterprise-level mitigation strategies
- Working knowledge of operating systems and networking technologies in general
- Working knowledge of cyber threats, defenses, motivations and techniques
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated to improve knowledge and skills
