As our Senior Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in advancing Seed’s data capabilities, managing and mentoring a growing analytics team, and building scalable frameworks to drive business growth and scientific discovery.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in data and analytics roles
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-impact analytics in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Strong technical foundation in modern data stacks (e.g., Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, Airflow) and analytics best practices
- Skilled in experimentation, statistical analysis, and translating data into actionable business insights
- Excellent communicator who can distill complex data concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in e-commerce, healthtech, or consumer health (bonus); passion for advancing science and human health through data
- Hands-on operator with the ability to both execute and guide others
