Job Description
SeekOut is a talent optimization platform and people-first organization that helps organizations find, grow, and retain talent. They are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to work with Product and Engineering teams to build high-performance web applications, mentor junior developers, and shape the technical roadmap for their Front-End investments. The ideal candidate will have a passion for user experience, performance optimization, and collaborative teamwork.
Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of software development experience.
- 3-5 years of experience with JavaScript and modern frameworks (React or Vue)
- Experience with NodeJS and NoSQL
- Experience with common front-end development tools and libraries
- Experience with HTML/CSS and design frameworks
- Proven track record of building and shipping web applications
- Experience with frontend build tools and bundlers
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
- Knowledge of frontend testing frameworks (Jest, Enzyme)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
