Job Description
The Hatch Back Crew Supervisor is responsible for maintaining hatchery production running efficiently and well-organized while supervising back crew employees. The role involves supervising employees, developing and implementing Pull Order schedules, and ensuring adherence to biosecurity, animal welfare, and safety protocols.
Requirements
- High School diploma preferred
- Prior experience with animals or hatchery preferred
- Previous supervisory role preferred
- Ability to communicate verbally and listen with others
- Ability to work successfully in a team environment
- Ability to perform job duties while wearing Personal Protective Equipment required of the position
