Human Resource Coordinator

Select Genetics is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support farm operations in Strawn, IL and Indiana. This part-time, benefit-eligible position involves full-spectrum HR support, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, and safety initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoys variety. Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish are preferred.
