We are seeking a Case Manager to join our team at Select Specialty Hospital in Erie, PA. The Case Manager will be responsible for utilization reviews, resource management, discharge planning, and financial management, while also completing medical record documentation. Previous experience in an inpatient hospital setting dealing with critical care/acute care patients is required.
