Select Specialty Hospital is seeking a Case Manager to work on an as-needed basis. The Case Manager will be responsible for utilization reviews and resource management, discharge planning, treatment plan management and financial management. A current licensure in a clinical discipline is required, as well as previous experience in an inpatient hospital setting dealing with critical care/acute care patients.
