Job Description
We are seeking a Director of Case Management to lead our case management department. The ideal candidate will have a clinical background, experience in medical case management, and strong leadership skills. The role involves developing and implementing patient-specific discharge plans, coordinating with payor sources, and maintaining fiscal responsibilities.
Requirements
- Current licensure in a clinical or a related discipline
- Minimum three (3) years of medical case management or similar experience
- Two (2) years of experience in either managing a case management department or case management at Select Medical with demonstrated effective leadership skills
