Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our small, rural clinic in State Center, IA. As a Physical Therapist at Select Physical Therapy, you will evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients, maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors, and participate in center meetings.

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
• CPR certification
