Select Physical Therapy's outpatient center in Crestview, FL has an immediate opening for PRN Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA). Ideal candidate will be able to travel to our East FL Panhandle centers for coverage. Treatment population includes general ortho, neuro, hand therapy and fall prevention.

Requirements

• College graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTE
• Valid State Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License (or license in process)
• CPR Certification
